i don't think it would be canadian customs checking packages leaving canada, but U.S. customs checking it as it goes into the US

that shit would piss me off, i love a good hot debate, but when it gets into a full blown screaming match i just sit there and let the other person tire themselves out since nothing will get resolved until the parties are calm
