    i went from 36 to a 34 just by cutting back carbs to mainly PWO only

    I need carbs in my breakfast or else I feel like shit. I do breakfast, pre workout, post workout, other 3 meals are protein/fat. and I usually train early afternoon, so first 3 meals carbs, last three none.

    my reading suggests bulk of the carbs should from the period immediately PWO until three hours PWO.

    damn you! im averaging like 60 per day right now, off days are 0 grams, and one day out of every 5 or 6 i go up to about 150

    I agree completely. I usually eat 60 g's via oats in the morning, 40 g's via rice before workout, and 80's via oatmeal or rice after.


    I've lost a decent amount following this rule and doing 40 - 60 min low intensity cardio pwo, and still putting on muscle.

    and, surprisingly, my current cycle has me gaining muscle while loosing fat, even with the nearly non-existent carbs. thank god for steroids !

    thanks dude, yeah my arms have always grown easily. when I was 18 they blew up to 19 inches, but zero shape. Now I'm just finally adding some peak to them and they are responding and looking better. Forarms are one of my favourites, I get crazy pumps and I think big forearms look crazy.


    And don't cut man, you're lean, I'd say pack on another 20 of muscle

    I was only about 235 there. then leaned down to around 220 at 7-7.5% now I'm back up past 230 and thinking I can maybe hit close to 240-250 this cycle EAT EAT EAT!!!!! and then I'm going to implement the slin very very soon again
