Btw speaking about shrugs lol.... it was too funny two nights ago I was doing my incline dumbbell curls and I see this guy who is younger than me but all fit and muscled up that stands next to me... I was using my regular 30 lbs each dumbbell, this guy goes and gets like 60 lbs on each side. He stands tall and starts doing something that looks like shrugs.... I looked back and another guy is looking at him just laughing lol... I was trying so hard not to laugh... he was doing the shrugs wrong lol.. he was not even shruggin.... so I just left it at that lol... then the guy who was laughing at him comes up to him and tells him " hey man not to be rude or nothing but you are not doing it right this is how you do it?" lol I so wanted to tell him too and show him the right way lol... poor guy he was not able to even do a rep of 8-12 he was all red by the 3rd rep lol haha.... .too funny...
