    My bad Nova I thought that was the superhardcore workout that your trainer gave you

    I usually warm up on the leg extensions, the start my workout on squats, leg presses, hack squats or lunges that day. then stiff deads, lying leg curl, single leg curl. Thats my normal workout. Usually 4 sets for squats and the stiff deads, 3 sets with everything else.

    I have lots of energ today considering that I was up installing drivers on my notebook last night... my bro got me a notebook and it had windows vista which is nothing but crap. so I deleted vista and installed XP I forgot that the drivers will get erased too since i am installing a totally different OS so I was up until 2 am installing all the drivers manually..... I was not sleepy for some reason.

    I dont watch much TV I work from 8am-430 pm. I get home at 5pm. eat dinner rest a little. head out to the gym around 730 or so, get out of there at 10pm get home by 1030 watch the news and i am in bed by 11pm most of the time. I do have a DVR that records shows for me but its mostly movies on HBO and Cinemax

    my buddy just called me, he does less at his job than I do and he got a promotion today. A new job title and more money. He says he doesn't even know what his job is, he reads mags all day in his office.
