I just had my chicken for lunch and I couldnt finish it .... I had to leave some pieces of chicken.... thhat was just 8 oz of chicken there... and the damn almonds ugh... I had to forced them cause I was fill already.... I woke up with a full stomach feeling today.

Look...i'm not good looking at all, i look like skinhead, most chicks hate my tattoos, my hanging iron cross, my cloth...but when im hanging out with my girl or a girl friend i get attention in stores, restuarants, street, subway, i even get phone number out of the blue, like "hey call me...".

Evergy levels are great man... i think what messed up my energy levels was doing those damn squats on saturday night... I am going to sub them for more legg press machine reps and more standing calves rasies.....
I didnt up the food intake... the chicken was 8 oz and I think i like about 3 oz of chicken cause I was full already.
Also I am no longer on the clen going to be two weeks off it and then gonna start a 9 week program this time....
Whey protein is really good not having any problems there...
I found out that Pork skins have 0g of sugar and 0g of carbs..... what you think of those?
