    thats good weight...

    i hit the 105lb yesterday. thats all i can get over my head. i can press more but i get so frustrated because i cant kick them high enough off my knees.

    i got 100s up the other day for 8. felt great. definitely need a spotter in case you get the wobble going on though. i almost popped my shoulder out a while ago when my arm slipped back doing db military press. scary stuff
