    hey Ho's u think i can get this big but scaled down to my 5'9 frame i think hes a bit taller than me and about 240ish lbs i think on 5'9 frame it would be around 190-210 what do you think, all natty no AAS about this size but like i said b4 scaled down not
    22inch arms like his but maybe 18inch then??

    about 170-175 im thinking 12-13% BF LBM 155ish arms are almost 16inches

    to me it looks like you have a different build then that guy. i mean you can definately get that big and be that lean...but i dont think youll look like that.

    Well yeah but i mean i like his look im kinda going for that u know 18inch arms big chest,nice big abs roll around everywhere with my shirt off LOL. im thinkingfrom the time i get down with my cutting goals 18-22months of LEAN BULKING all natty putting 1.5-2lbs of LBM MUSCLE on a Month I'll be up there then ill just need to cut train for Maintence and keep up on my Cardio which ill do in my lean bulk, then re-evaluate my newself and make new goals. whadya think???

    yeah. main goal now i continue cutting untill i am the desired leanness then lean bulking.
    whats u think of my progress pics??? any guess on bodyfat im thinking because my abs are not completely visible im about 12-13%

    youve cut very well thus far. id guess you around 12% under 10% you should definately have the lower abs visible. cut out the dairy and up your water intake for a few weeks and see where that gets you.

    cant really cut dairy cuz i use it as casein protein at night, u have any suggestions?

    yeah, beef takes around the same amount of time to break down into amino acids so you can replace dairy with it at night, eat it very lean and drizzle some olive oil on it

    i wouldn't drop anymore, in fact i would up a little bit and add more cardio, make your body think you're giving it more food but make your output greater, i notice i can cut better at a slight deficit with more cardio as opposed to a big deficit with less cardio
