ok so i am, Making progress! not as fast as i want but hey thats always the case.
TO THE HATERS THE DOLPHIN TATTOO WAS A 50Cent TATTOO IT WAS A JOKE yes the tattoo is gone the stretch marks Are NOT!!! ITS ME!!!!
Also please give me your guess on my current BF% i am trying to GET ABS im guessing im 12%ish, Im still cutting till i get my abs and other stats are
20yrs old 21 in march NO GEAR all NATTY---Till i max out Genetically then i may consider AAS, my Natty goal is about 195-200ish??? 8% BF i believe it is possible in time.
5'9
175ish pounds weight kinda varies
Bench 285lbs 1RM, 250lbs 3 times,225lbs 6 times
6 parallel bar dips with 3x, 45lbs plates chained to my waist
Just getting into deadlifts
i squat 315lbs for 8-12 reps

There Awesome!!!! there like TATTOOS lol im used to em now LOL but they fade with good lootion and a tan, its no biggy if anyone says nething about them im pretty ruthless with my defensive verbal comebacks, I usually say something cruel LOL

yeah i really want my six pack i figure i shouldnt be too long now, but im tired of cutting and am ready to gain some lean mass, but im waiting till im about 9%

yes the changes did work, i guess its just a matter of time letting the fat come off i want to bulk NOW!!! lol im hoping ill have my desired bodyfat soon.

Thank you, i am very motivated to continue progress, Cutting is just getting boring, but at least when i bulk, ill be able to do really good cardio 4x a week to maintain my leanness while bulking.
My cardio has improved the most id say

I'm not an expert on bf%, and it's hard to tell exactly because your arms and back are cut up and you seem to store more bf in your stomach (like me), but I'd have to say you're in the 13-14% range.

Man - Great progress! really nice work on the shoulders & Delts. Try some hanging leg raises for the abs - do 4-6 sets of 8-10. If you can, do them with a 10-20lb dumbell between your legs - fewer reps but will help you to build some size on your abs to make em pop. Try to work them 'til they cramp and don't work em everyday.
Great job on the cut (I'd say youre at 10% max) you'll really enjoy the bulk and look really tonk w/ another 15-20 lbs! Rock on dude!

im guessing 12% bf because i believe at 10% my abs should be really visible, I wasnt dehydrated what so ever and i have dairy in my diet and i have a good amount of salt,
Diet is 35P/45c/20f 2700kcal on WO days 1800kcal on rest and cardio ab days
4 days with weights 3 with out weights
2 on 1 of abs cardio 2 on 1 off 1 abs cardio
on WO day i do 2 session of cardio A.M and PWO

Hey dude - I'm with Amorphic - 10% & give yourself credit. Those abs will be poppin in 09! besides - you gotta believe him - he's Canadian - they're know for their honesty! (LOL - I'm haldf Canadian!!!LOL) If you want to make yourself cry (or laff) check out "ab roll vacuum" on you tube - some cray ass ab vids!

i was told under the impression from Alan Aragon and Christian Thibdeau* that i could gain fine at 9-12% bodyfat.
Mainly though i have never had be able to see my abs and would like to develop them and stay lean while putting on mass, goal now is to continue cutting, then my goal will be to stay as lean ass possible while putting on LBM
