    the transfer is a cake job working in telemetry...just watching all the heart monitors and checking for PVCs and A-Fib, V-Fib, accelerated heart rates and such.

    I'm super excited about this date that I have tomorrow. He seems like he really has it together, we want the same things out of life, he owns 2 personal training centers...we enjoy the same activities so it should be a fun date.

    yeah i cut back on sex before x-mas. ive gained 5 pounds of mass since. my strength in the gym is amazing. higher then when on cycle. but im not sleeping as well. lol

    pct sucks....3rd week....and my goddamn knees still hurt prettty bad.

    my older lady i'm still talkin to, i dunno if anything will come of it or not, obviously if she was right here in front of me i'd do her.

    talkin to a new girl, 28 lives here....wants to compete but has been screwed by her knee for a while, she's having her fourth knee surgery at the beg. of feb. She seems from i know so far to be a pretty good fit, at least to hang out with and date for a while for sure so we'll see.

    i think i pretty much have a job too
