yeah and its a 40 min drive on the highway to get to the bar so another reason why im not drinking.

just got my wrist wraps from APT (they are on sale by the way. buy 1 get 1 free) they really took the stress off of my wrists when i was doing chest. Pretty sweet log books too.

I did Monday/Thursday last time...but consistent injection times were tough on me....my tues/sat are easy greasy days
