I had psych chick sleep over, so I didn't get to bed last night until 2. The good thing is she ended up sleeping on the couch, so I had the bed to myself after tht.

Slept on the couch no good. SHould of tea bagged her in the middle of the night just for fun you know. I was up late last night watching a movie all by myself like a loser. Usually I only get 6 hours of sleep. today was 9 hours

I guess she's really sensitive to sound when she sleeps. She has to wear ear plugs because the noise from the radiator keeps her awake at her place. I was snoring a little bit. I woke up at 2:30 and she was sneeking out to the couch. It's all good tho, she's not mad at me, she came back in the morning and we got our swerve on. She said next time she'll bring ear plugs and was really nice about it. She told me it's not my fault and she just wished she fell asleep before me.

Ruhl just doesnt like the truth as he has been bodybuilding for at least 3 years (going by join date) and hasn't even hit the stage. Others like Evan Centopani and Phil Heath start specifically train for bodybuilding for around that amount of time and are at a national level by then. Me I have now been focusing on bodybuilding now for a year and will hit the stage in August. Now who is the true freaks........ I'll call out people with cocky attitudes that haven't done anything impressive, I like to try and bring old Rulhly back to reality but it doesn't work
