    A big ladder fire truck as been right outside my office window for the last half hour. At first it was blocking the road in front of my window, now it's blcking the side street. Stupid fire men, what are they doing?
    now it lloks like they're trying to turn around...this should be good.

    it doesn't work very well for people your age and the tablets they sell at grocery stores and health food and gnc are way overdosed for supplementing for sleep, they're only good for it's anti-oxident properties.

    when i try to bench heavy, i get a cramp in oblique, sometimes one side, sometimes the other,

    anyone have that happen?

    I once had a boyfriend with chest hair, I hated it. So when we took a shower together I "accidentally" and the razor right down the middle of it so he had no option but to let me shave the rest of it!
