i need some good lower back strengthening exercises
ive been doing good mornings. i hate back extensions cuz the pad at my gym isnt made for a 6'3 fella. it just squishes my nuts
what else can i do?

I do rotator exercises daddio, I should do more though. I dislocated my shoulder back in the day so it's still a bit iffy.

i dislocated my a while ago as well and now its all gravy baby.
cable and dumbbell exercises really did it well. Helps increase press movements

put the safety bars at the bottom of the rack and get a decent weight for yourself then tell me what it works......
for me 3/4 takes focus off my legs and hits my back like none other......
do 3/4 deads not rack pulls of lifting the weight a inch or two.... i have seen people do this, don't get it, does absolutely nothing for me..... i could probably pull 700 lbs for high reps if i was lifting it a inch or two
