    Last thursday dropped a 45 from waist height on my right foot. I was unloading the leg press and lost grip on it. SO when i pulled the black nail off i noticed the bed was cracked and looked bad so i decided to see the doc. He gave me an x ray and found two fractures in my big toe near the joint and a small one in my second toe. I was surprised because they actually feel better

    i had something similar happen. i was drunk and taking a piss and accidently lost grip of my weiner. landed right on top of my foot and broke every bone in it. that was not a fun experiene.

    Why taper? Your body at that point is only a small fraction of the vit c. When you cut back your body is still only going to use a small fraction of it.
