    me too....but it was a light workout and about 45mins of cardio. My mom just joined the gym so i am teaching her what machines to do for what muscle groups and how to do them. Then I am going again tonight with my brother and that will be a heavier workout and about 30 mins of cardio.

    They make you take a class there?

    Here we just have to pass a written test and then a physical test with the firearm. The written test consists of such difficult questions as "Is it legal to shoot someone for playing their stereo too loud?" or "Can an automatic still fire without a magazine in it?" The physical test is to load it, unload it, and meanwhile don't point it at the guy watching you.

    Oddly, no such test is required for long guns (rifles, shotguns), and the age limit is lower.
