I've seen worms removed from someone's scap, it was gross. when the surgeon cut into the sac the worm was hiding in on the person's head it let out a scream. It wasn't really a worm, more of a larvi. The guy got them while visiting bulgeria. There were 3 huge creatures in the guys head.

I used to get really bent out of shape over minor weight fluctuations like that. Then I broke my scale and stopped weighing myself. Problem solved.
