Joe: I'll show you what batteries we do have and you decide what you want to do from there.

Customer: You don't have the battery in stock, would you be able to give me a price on it.

Joe: Sorry the company doesn't give us that information. Here's the parts hotline give them a call and they can give you any information you need.

Joe: We gave you all the info we could, we arn't given that information.

Customer: This is store should close down.
