I usually get to around 240 during winter bulking cycles, but I feel the bp and lack of cardio ability badly so I dont think ill be doing it again. I want to be 215 at sub 10 and try and stay close year round.

I think I'm a bit bigger now then in that pic and holding less fat (I let my bodyfat get gross for awhile)

Probs a good idea. I dont like being on cycle during summer, best to get it finished a month or so before summer starts. Otherwise your fun can be limited.
