    Been feeling ill for a few days.

    Yesterday I took a real day off. Paid no attention to diet at all. Even when I cheat I'm always careful to watch calories and protein. Not this time! No pills, no lifting, nothing. Just played the day as a normal fat-ass American-- and I feel good. It's been so long!

    Had frosted flakes, couple of sandwiches, some fries, and the first time I've tasted hard alcohol in 10 months... There must be some trace minerals in sourdough bread and caramel sauce I was missing lol.

    me too!! but ive been cheating for the last 4 days. barely any protein or healthy carbs. mostly ice cream. and chinese food lol
