LOL no I work for Hospice, we have a facility where some patients stay and it has a kitchen, all my patients are sleeping so I went and did some cooking

I used to go to peoples homes but that was a long time ago, I've worked in an office or from my house doing triage for quite some time and then I quit working full time. So now I only work one day a week at the facility

Sheesh it must be hard not to take your work home with you or to just switch off at the end of the day. But at least some perks like cooking. I'm a subcontractor so I can't even heat stuff up ergo I'm used to cold chicken I just make it warmer with spices.

I don't think it's a job for everyone that's for sure, you learn to respect the dying process and realize that you are an important part of their journey. Sometimes it's hard when you get attached to patients and we have had a lot of young patients lately but it's my job and I couldn't think of working anywhere else.

It's a degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentration in Health and Behavioral and Social Sciences with a minor in Criminal Justice

Just find another degree to do.
