    The dude is about my size when I first started working out..

    this is about his current structure from the pics he posted about 3 months ago MAAAAAYBE 10lbs or more in that range but not much from where I was 4 years ago


    Here I am 2 weeks into working out about 4 years ago and I was on

    3g of test
    1g of tren
    20iu of GH
    slin throughout every meal
    150mg of drol
    2mg of m-tren

    I was huge.....

    Yeah he needs to learn how to eat. Everyone spits out huge calorie numbers not really knowing how much clean food that is.

    We dogged on him pretty bad in his cycle log when he posted pics. He didn't even progress with the pics he posted. it was funny.

    He reminds me of alpmaster or whatever his name is. Notice they both took down their avies hahahahah

    I just drink a shitload of black coffee before the gym, that in combo with the gear and obscene metal on full blast on my ipod, I find it hard to not stab someone.

    i like your style. ive used preworkouts for as long as i can remember. probably would benefit from a week or soo off but cant seem to make it through the day without some form of caffeine.
