holy f*ck. That reminds me of my buddy, same exact stats, 6'2 and 160 but all flab, and he asked me to get him roids even though he hasn't worked out in 4 years and never really did in the first place. I told him to eat more, he said "Oh man I eat sooooo much"

I then showed him what I eat in a day, and I'm cutting, and he couldn't believe it, he was like "HOLY SHIT HOW DO YOU EAT ALL THAT? I barely eat half of that".

I get that shit all the time, then the excuses come why they can't eat that much, too busy etc. F*ck off cook your meals before bed, or stay tiny your whole life.
