anyone with legal advice?
HEy this is not about juicing
When I lived in the states the last thing that happened before I left was got a ticket in N.C. for speeding.. I gave a friend the cash and asked him to pay it for me since I was to be at the airport in 4 hours to move away. OF course he never fot around to it. It has gone about 5 or 6 years since then.
II know here in Norway after 3 years they drop the ticket if you are gone.
How is it in the states or in N.C. ?
Do they drop the ticket after so-so many years? IF so how many?
thanks guys.

In KY they issue a bench warrant and I don't believe it ever goes away (would have to check that for sure). All you have to do it pay it though and you are fine although they can arrest you for that warrant until the ticket is paid.
