I 100% agree with this. As i was reading the story i remember this lesbo that went to my catholic H.S which was more of a man than me ! She was the typical "Tom-boy" girl not only by looks but also by actions. She also went to the prom in a tux.
I have to say that the H.S made a mistake on this. Should have been delt with a little differently.

Yeah they should of knew this was headed for a law suit
he will win too since they let the lesbian in dressed like a man but not a gay kid dressed like a girl. Ps, was he just hott or not in that pink dress

It's his/her night just as much as the others so they should of just grinned and beared it. You just know the other kids parents would have been freaked out, but another thing I get to avoid since I don't want kids
