Its been a while but I never really paid attention to the commercials. My buddy just started talking about it today, so I finally looked it up. Looks pretty cool. You can track yourself against everyone else in the world, plan routes on google maps and find routes other people in your area run, all sorts of crazy stuff....

You put a chip in your shoe and a wireless thing goes into your ipod. I dont really know that much about it, but the chip works with your ipod and itunes.

The shoes start around 90 bucks and the cheapest kit is around 100 bucks.

I doubt it. It would probably not register any movement. It has to be in the Nike+ shoe. I would check out Finishline or a Nike outlet store if you have one to see if you can get a good deal on the shoes.

yeah ill look into it...i have an old pair of shoes that i was going to throw away maybe id be able to cut a hole in it to fit it...hey moneys a little tight, maybe i could save 100 and buy more food with it

From what I hear, you can put it in your sock or attach it to your shoe in any way.
