I recently bought a scale and though I'm not going to let it run my life (mirror is better for this) I just think it's good to record my weight once in a while. Weighed myself yesterday at 198. This morning 192.2. Unless there's something fvcked up with my scale, that's a helluva difference. What weight do you guys use to describe yourself, morning or later in the day?

Also, any idea what you lose in the night to make such a difference? Fluids? I didn't piss the bed
