Weight and Time of Day
I recently bought a scale and though I'm not going to let it run my life (mirror is better for this) I just think it's good to record my weight once in a while. Weighed myself yesterday at 198. This morning 192.2. Unless there's something fvcked up with my scale, that's a helluva difference. What weight do you guys use to describe yourself, morning or later in the day?
Also, any idea what you lose in the night to make such a difference? Fluids? I didn't piss the bed

my weight fluctuated a lot when i was bulking hard. It settled down for me now and at almost any time of the day i weigh exactly the same (210)

Its all water weight bro...I lose around 5-8 pounds a night.

weigh yourself first thin in the morning on an empty sotmach. That would be the most consistant
