    what you got to remember/learn is that its not what you take but what you eat, how you train and plenty of rest. i know guys that take little doses and look like that, same cycle as you or a little bite more

    well sir, im 24..almost 9 years of workout experience NATURALLY...and taking no more than 500mgs every week. again my question is what compound makes you BLOW up like this? Infact i have a buddy who i swear is an identical case to this guy and he used test/deca /dbol cycle and just blew up.

    but im not quite that adventurous yet. so sticking with the basics

    Yeah bro, check your diet! I was a 135 pound skater punk in high school and went from that my senior year to 205 pounds now at 24 years old in the course of 6 years with no aas! Dedication, diet, training, rest, supplementation. Ive done ph cycles before but only in the last 3 1/2 years to get past my sticking point of 185-190 pounds. Now im considering my first aas cycle since ive been at 205 for sometime now and have tried different diet, workout routines. Id say grow more naturally first but too late cus your already on cycle so now your on, make sure you got that diet done bro. You'll make so much better gains if you do! Good Luck!

    thats cool...no probs...well I have a hard time putting muscle period though im dedicated as hell...and my diet improved as ive gotten older...so u live and u learn. btw mind posting your diet?...im always open to suggestions

    well i dont have mass like that...do u think deca could do that? the BLOW up effect? what is your aas suggestion for that similar look?

    i am sorry but what the heck is that....i was better than him 10 times before steroids ...nothing is "HULK " about him.maybe hes working out for a long time .
    that's my mind his body sucks at all the times

    bro it doesnt SUCK. He's not a bodybuilder...so its unfair to compare him to zane or columbo. ALL in all he's in awesome shape...anyway i give props especially from what he started with...and ya thats a very achievable goal..but im not too greedy

    btw congrats to you if u are already above and beyond sounds like it...bak to my previous question "like i said i dont hav that kind of mass. i want a similar look..so what aas do u suggest for that similar "blown up/baloony" look? I was thinking DECA ???

    dudes not to be dick but i asked a simple question ofcourse i read all aas profiles im doing a test e cycle rite now...i jus want answers based on personal experience??...this is my first 10 weeker so if u are going to criticize me for jus the **** of it...i dont appreciate it and dont F*in tell me that jus because i cant put on 50 lbs like some of these cows here that i havent done my homework. i work very hard and im not looking to turn into a bull....so please stay on the subject or get off this thread. simple

    BTW 48 lbs in one year...find that hard to believe???? MAYBE U CAn helP BONDS...he was 6'2 188 and bulked up to 240...HGH and AAS only got him 52 lbs over all these years...what a shame he should have come to u, isnt it???

    u cant just look at somebody and say "hmm, he looks like he took 500mg Test E and 300 or maybe even 400mg of deca for 12 wks." it doesnt work like that. there are too many variables. from sodium, hydration, AI's, BF% and tons more. his goals are easily attainable(specially n 9yrs). sounds to me like you need to learn how to eat. you said you've trained for 9yrs and you are 24yo. so from the middle of puberty @15yro to being a grown azz man you've only gained 10lb? that cant be bad genetics, gotta be bad eating or horrible training. not trying to flame you but seriously dude. EAT. have you been going to the gym for 9yrs consistently? not talking about lifting for a month after new years, and a month before spring break and push ups and crunches during the summer. like serious 3-5days a wk

    hmm..OK! your age and weight will help to tell you .....and Yeah deca known for the water retention

    i easily gained weight because i had an effective bulking diet and my starting weight was far below my genetic potential.

    i will have pre first cycle pictures up in a log May 1st if you want to be proven wrong.

    he didnt just blow up over a couple months.. its over years and years.. just like when people get fat over the years in there pictures..


    i have a small frame i am 5'9 170 and im at my limit or growing cause its starting to hurt my shoulders.. pinching nerves cause i was not supposed to be this big. arms fall asleep at night..
