PICS PICS PICS!!!
I have seen a lot of these surgeries and the chest just doesn't look right afterwards. I can't explain but it always looks like there is still side boob going on.

I really want to have it, should run around 5k-7k I'm guessing. I don't mind paying, and am only worried about scarring really.
I don't want to have it until late fall as I work outside all summer and don't want band aids on my nips all summer either.

I am looking into the surgery as well but I have really noticed a huge decrease in size since I have been cutting and using adex, letro & nova.
I have had a minor case since puberty but a bad test cycle made it really bad in my left nip.

Since I had so much removed from the left side it is still swollen. My Dr. preferred to not use drains, so it is going down slowly. The right side does look better, however, I noticed that the area either still has swelling fluid in it or they didnt remove enough fat, it still gets, well not tight up against the skin. That changes throughout the day though, sometimes it looks perfect, and others not so much. I hope it's just from me doing too much and it swells a bit. Either way, I go back to see my Doc Jul 3rd to make sure it is set. I could also just need to lost some b/f lol I had shoulder surgery about 13 weeks ago, so I havent exactly been exercising at all.
My understanding is it takes probably 6 months for the area to fully heal.
