I hadn't heard that, but ok. Even still, it's what Obama has been saying he wants to do.

When did Obama say he'd sit down with terrorists organizations? Did I miss something?

He never said that. I'll post Obama's own words again.
"He accused me and other Democrats of wanting to negotiate with terrorists, and said we were appeasers, no different from people who appeased Adolf Hitler," "Now that's exactly the kind of appalling attack that has divided our country and alienated us from the rest of the world and that’s why we need change in Washington,"
"I want to be perfectly clear with George Bush and John McCain, and with the people of South Dakota," "If George Bush and John McCain want to have a debate about protecting the United States of America, that is a debate I am happy to have anytime, anyplace. And that is a debate that I will win because George Bush and John McCain have a lot to answer for."
"That was frustrating enough," "Then John McCain gives a speech. He gave a speech in the morning where he talked about the need for civility in our politics. He talked about elevating the tone in our country.... Not an hour later, he turned around and embraced George Bush's attacks on Democrats.
"McCain jumped on a call with a bunch of bloggers and said that I wasn't fit to protect this nation that I love because I wanted to sit down and negotiate with tough diplomacy with countries like Iran," "He accused me of not being fit to protect this nation, this nation that my grandfather served in World War II, this nation that's given me everything that I have. So much for civility."
"They’ll have to explain why Hamas now controls Gaza – Hamas that was strengthened because the US insisted that we have democratic elections in the Palestinian Authority,"
McCain "still hasn’t spelled out one substantial way that he’d be different from GB when it comes to foreign policy"
"John McCain has repeated this notion that I am prepared to negotiate with terrorists," "I have never said that. I have been adamant about not negotiating with Hamas, a terrorist organization that has vowed to destroy Israel. In fact the irony is, yesterday just as John McCain was making these attacks, a story broke that he was actually guilty of the exact same thing that he was accusing me of.
"That's the kind of hypocrisy that we've been seeing in our foreign policy, the kind of fear peddling, fear mongering, that has prevented us from actually making us safe. They're trying to fool you, they're trying to scare you. And they're not telling the truth. And the reason is because they cannot win a foreign policy debate on the merits. But it's not going to work. And it's not going to work this time, and it's not going to work this year."Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

McCain is a jack ass too! I'm not trying to bump him up. I don't really care for him, but overall he's way closer to what I want then Obama or Hilary.
And with this Obama quote What the hell? He has been talkijng about sitting down with Iran and North Korea and others that are a threat against this nation. Who else was he talking about? And if his plans aren't to negotiate with them, what the hell are his plans? Besides foriegn policy Obama is still a jack ass! I believe that he has had a close relationship with Wright and Heirs. His wifes attitude pretty much shows that she has those beliefs also and it sounds like he is just trying to sound like he disagrees with them.

We aren't in a recession. The definition of a recession is when the market drops for two straight quarters in a row. Last quarter the market went up. Granted it was only by.6% but it is still enouogh to say that we aren't in a recession.

The Democratic Party as a whole is garbage. They have most of you fooled. Believing that they are looking out for the small people in this country. that they are the saviors of minority groups. They market themselves as this but its crap. We are talking about the same party that fought FOR slavery. And just 40 some odd years ago fought for segregation. And now in 40yrs this whole party has changed around to be the party for the people? It's garbage. What they think is that they know how to run your life better than you do and will do it for you. It's all about them getting the people under the control of the govt. through social programs and evrything else.

They're talking about here statements "This is the 1st time in my adult life i've been proud of my country" and "in 2008, America is downright mean". She said these campaigning. That's fair game, and as Obama himself said, the Wright issue is fair game. Talking about these issues, and talking about McCains wife's drug problem 25 years ago are not the same. If Cindy said something silly during the campaign, then absolutely, it's fair game.
Can you see the difference, or maybe you can see the difference, and refuse to admit it.

I would like to say that I'm not trying to offend anyone and I'm sorry if I have. Carlos I'm not trying to make an enemy out of you. You have every right to believe in whomever you woul;d like. I'm just arguing some of my points. I'm hoping that there is no ill will here.

Its a shame.
Vote for the person, not the party
oh wait, it doesn't matter because the electoral college
If we went by what the people said/voted, jackass Bush would've never been in office in the first place
Now we have warmonger McCain, a 300 year old mentally unstable war vet who thinks he can run America by backing Bush's policies, which have proven to fail....big time
But it really doesn't matter because he will fall over dead in office
Stewart/Colbert 08!
or
Paul/Obama 08!

That's not always true especially when GDP takes into account all deficit spending. Not only that that, but economists don't usually know when the economies in a recession until after it's actually passed. Right now what we're experiencing is stagflation, which is rising inflation with slower economic growth.

Obama is one of the biggest chumps yet. I did notice that he decided to wear his American Flag pin today. I believe he said that he wasn't going to wear the pin and that he would show his patriotism through his actions. So far the patriotism I've seen from him is hanging with a known terrorist and American hater, prays with a preacher who is about as antipatriotic as they get, and married a woman who has never been proud of her country until the year that her husband is running for office!!!! Say what you will and try and say these things don't matter, but they speak volumes about this man's character.

"Recession"
From Econterms
Definition: A recession is defined to be a period of two quarters of negative GDP growth.
Thus: a recession is a national or world event, by definition. And statistical aberrations or one-time events can almost never create a recession; e.g. if there were to be movement of economic activity (measured or real) around Jan 1, 2000, it could create the appearance of only one quarter of negative growth. For a recession to occur the real economy must decline.

there was a growth in the GDP in the last quarter. Like I said before it was something like .6%, but no matter how small it is still growth which shows that we are not in a recession.

Bush this, Bush that, wahhh wahhh wahhh. This election isn't about Bush, it's about McCain, who is very different. McCain happens to agree w/ the MILITARY COMMANDERS that think it's premature to pull out of Iraq, they're not ready to defend themselves yet. So, do you think Obama knows more then the military commanders, or what about you Carlos, you know more than Petraeus?
So what if he said it, he's right, Obama agreed to meet w/ Arbajimadda or whatever that nut's name is. HE FREAKING SAID IT. Facts just drive you left wingers nuts don't they
If we pulled out like Obama said, what do you think Iran will do? Think if they moved into Iraq the oil price would skyrocket? What would that do to the economy (which BTW Carlos, is NOT in a recession, do you know what the definition of recession is?)

Man, Condi Rice sat down with Palestinians. The terrorists that Bush goes on and on about. She also met with North Korea. Remember, they're part of the Access of Evil.
And the republicans are any different? Oh come on!
Where is John McCain's flag pin? He hasn't worn one since winning the nomination. 70 days straight and counting! He was wearing it to pander for votes.
That was Obama's point! People think you're unpatriotic unless you wear a $5 flag pin made in communist China.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

You want facts, I'll give you some. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad does not have the power to attack Israel. He is a mouth piece for Iran. He is unpopular and goes on and on railing about destroying Israel to distract Iranians from their poor Economy. (Sounds familiar? That's a Bush tactic.) The true seat of power in Iran is the supreme leader Ali Khamenei. No one is talking about meeting with him.
Another fact, in World War II, Republicans tried to appease the Nazis; it was the Democrats who insisted on war.
Another fact, Bush's grandfather Prescott Bush sold weapons to the Nazis. His assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

For someone who does not like Bush or McCain you repeat their lies. You want to have a discussion on polices? I stated policies. You say we should not meet with terrorist yet Condi Rice is doing it now. McCain said we should meet with Hamas. I posted the video, you can watch him in his own words. How can you trust McCains policies when he flip flops on so many issues. He gave his big 2013 speech saying in 2013 the war will be over and our troops will be width drawing. Later in the afternoon he said 2013 isn't a deadline date for width drawl. Huh? McCain is against setting a target date for width drawl yet we will width draw by 2013.
There is no point in trying to have an intelligent conversation with you when your rebuttal consists of yada yada yada. I haven't seen you discuss issues. Your issues consists of whether or not you think Obama or his wife is racist.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete
