The greatest thing ever.......midnight snack thread
things you need
a plate
fork
natural peanut butter....preferably smuckers natty creamy
partly frozen bananna
instructions
1. take fork, dip in peanutbutter jar
2. with peanutbutter on fork, cut a slice of bannanna with fork, eat
3. repeat as disired with as many bannanas as desired

well ya, I will usually eat like 8-10 oz meat and natty peanut butter before bed....But yesterday was a carb day, so it was all good.

I ALWAYS have frozen bannanas and strawberries on hand too. For post workout, what I do is throw frozen nanners and strawberries in the blender with apple juice. blend that up, put that in a cup, mix with a spoon 2 scoops of bannanna muscle milk, and that is ****EN AWESOME as well

I used to make those for work, and now that I do it on my own, its so awesome because I can make those smoothies as large as I want, and I make them fricken monstrous because their so good.

cold cut meats......salami mostly, or turkey......just throw it in my mouth, no bread or condiments, just the meat....
Summer Sausage....not uncommon for me to eat an entire tube in about an 40 minutes
late at night, or early in the morning, i really don't feel like digging a bunch of shit out of the cabinets and fridge because i don't want to clean everything up....

cold pizza, or hot pizza with hot sause. milk and cookies, milk and gooie butter cake. leftover steak. pasta salad.

skippy natural pnut butter is 209384u309498 times better than smuckers. and only 1g more of sugar. try it out.
but i'm hooked on 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp pb, and scoop of whey before bed. mmmmmm

i make a casin shake with flax oil and small tea spoon of smart balance peanut butter its got alot of omags it it works for me !
