    computer chairs

    judging from some of the members post counts on this board, alot of your time atleast 3+ hours, are spent on here a day. anyone notice there back being alittle stiff after getting up off the chair? posture problems?

    i would try a chair with lumbar suport. a must! i switched from a dining room chair to a mesh type with lumbar and even my young back appreciates it.

    sounds good, any suggestions for a temporary fix? a pillow possibly

    i'm doing the dining room chair as i jest moved,

    i like the big leather executive ones, but i'm gonna try a mesh one for the summer

    Sitting upright in a chair for long periods of timeis the worst thing you can do for your back period. The best thing you can do is get out of your chair and walk around the house a bit or stretch.

    yeah i have add so i dont sit for more then an hour or so...

    i used to have my computer on a side table when i moved, i ****ed my neck and shoulders up for weeks from that ,, ****ity ****

    buy a better chair asap. if u spend lots of time in front of the comp. a pillow wont cut it. maybe a lumbar back pillow for a temp solution. here is a pic of my chair with lumbar support that only cost me about 150+shipping on the "bay". i like it, there are better ones but the good good ones are pricey!

    i was looking at one like that, i was abit worried it would be uncomfortable.,..,

    Yes, the TI-89 does help me a bit.

    The logitec camera follows me around and would be great if i were a stripper. Hummm, maybe i can earn some extra bucks...LOL.

    The gallon jug! Yes, that way i am sure i get my 1.5-2 gallons a day!
    (what u didnt see was what was it it!...see pic)

    The chair is pretty comfortable. A little squeaky, but not bad for made in china.
