i'm doing the dining room chair as i jest moved,
i like the big leather executive ones, but i'm gonna try a mesh one for the summer

Sitting upright in a chair for long periods of timeis the worst thing you can do for your back period. The best thing you can do is get out of your chair and walk around the house a bit or stretch.

buy a better chair asap. if u spend lots of time in front of the comp. a pillow wont cut it. maybe a lumbar back pillow for a temp solution. here is a pic of my chair with lumbar support that only cost me about 150+shipping on the "bay". i like it, there are better ones but the good good ones are pricey!

I love the (gallon?) bottle of water on your desk. True sign of a bodybuilder.

U all are preceptive.
Yes, the TI-89 does help me a bit.
The logitec camera follows me around and would be great if i were a stripper. Hummm, maybe i can earn some extra bucks...LOL.
The gallon jug! Yes, that way i am sure i get my 1.5-2 gallons a day!
(what u didnt see was what was it it!...see pic)
The chair is pretty comfortable. A little squeaky, but not bad for made in china.
