    HULK-the movie

    If Ironman is a solid 9 out of 10, I give HULK a 6.5

I agree with you 500%, the whole movie is big budget and using Edward Norton who is a good actor were all great steps for a blockbuster, but the actual Hulk CG is so so so crappy it is painful to the eyes, i haven watched it i just saw the trailers and the Hulk CG is too miserable i cannot sit through it, the real art in a movie is making the audience get captured into the reality of how the movie feels, but in this case i cannot take it seriously when i have seen amateurs do better CG on youtube!!!

And the first thing i thought was exactly what you wrote! Lou from the tv show was far more realistic Hulk looking!!

off topic to the thread...but damn. I feel bad for those who decided to cross over and lose the respect of the guys here that actually have decency and morals. look how roberts is trying to backstab steroid .com...

anyone who gets involved with him will suffer the same results...too bad the members there dont realize this.

    oh well. their loss.

I liked this Hulk… and it was pretty cool Ferrigno did a quick appearance in the movie. The CG Hulk was a little cartoonish but I thought that was cool. However, the end I thought was awesome where he fights the other crazy looking hulk… Overall, I would give it an 8 out of 10.

The new one is wicked and works Iron man into it.

8/10 Blows the older Hulk away.

I collect comics and I liked it better than the Iron Man movie. I liked all of the cameos. I liked the inside jokes. For instance the stretchy purple pants. If you remember the original comic book the hulk wore purple pants.

The movie based Bruce banner off of the TV series but when he turned into the hulk they based the character off of the comic. They did a pretty good job sticking to character.

Plus I want to be as big as the hulk. He's cool!!!

wow-I didn't think anyone would like it more than Ironman-as good an actor as Tim Roth is, he was totally miscast,
the only cameo I appreciated was Bill Bixby on the TV...

It was what a superhero movie is suppose to be.

Unlike Ironman, which was more of a comedy, with its total of 15 mins of action.

Hulk was pretty much non stop action start to finish. And the movie as a whole was pretty entertaining.

Exactly! That's what I liked! The Hulk tears up shit! I like how you got peek at him in shadow a few times before the showed him. I did notice his lower back could have been a little thicker. He needs to deadlift a few cement trunks and work on that.

An Avengers movie is in the works. Captain America is planned for release in 2011. A Thor movie is also in the works and he's an Avenger.

oddly enough, the 2003 version of Hulk did a little over 60 million on it's opening weekend while this weekend's take was about 55.

Just got back....man, I am stoked... I want to be HULK.... He SMASHED!!! It was bad ass and I would give it an 8 out of 10 because I am tired of seeing superheroes fight machine guns and tanks at the beginning and it did take a while to get toward the end...

but the end was the greatest superhero fight ever made...better then the xmen, better then fant 4, better then spiderman 3 fight, even better than the old Superman II fight scenes....

I was ready to get up and start yelling or smashing or something when he fought the abomination.

So they for sure got the hulk, ironman, abomination, looks like the Leader was in the makes also.... It should be good in the future for all us comic fans...
