But quite honestly, both these issues have little importance to me. Although I do have both a wife and daughter and the right to choose is huge for them. I think there are many more pressing issues and these bullshit 'moral' issues are being used to distract us from the 'real' issues!

McCain=lesser of two evils. people need to stop bitching about the president this and the president that. Fvcking congress does more than the president. why not bitch at them instead of blaming the president for everything? and regardless of Obama's stance on anything, the fact that Biden is his running mate would alone be more than enough to make me vote for just about anyone else. while on a steroid forum, many of you are supporting Joe Biden, whom is one of the primary reasons steroids are illegal. that doesn't make much sense to me

as hated as biden is, there are bigger issues at stake in the election than steroids . move to canada, posession isnt illegal here

I do concur that there are more pressing issues than the legalities of steroids,(uhggg that was hard to say) thats just one of the many problems i have with those two.

I can't believe the answers i'm seeing from some of you Americans here.

Crap like "i'll vote for the guy who says he'll bring change but doesnt say what kind of change, but any change is better than no change!", or, "well, [insert candidate's name here] is gonna get in anyways so I might as well vote for him" for no reason other than you think he will get elected anyways!? Or the fact that people will elect some guy just because they keep seeing and hearing his name on TV?

This, my friends, is why the United States is going down the crapper. Too many Americans are thinking this way. Americans never used to be known for this behavior and attitude, and were known in the past for being quite the opposite. I think it's time to think outside of the box (the 'box', meaning elections and this outdated crappy two-party system). The Americans of 100 years ago would have never stood up for this crap going on. Today... it's a mess... Unfortunately the reality is that there really is no hope for what at one time was the greatest nation on earth. In all honesty and humbleness, I don't see the USA's situation going anywhere but down. R.I.P. USA, 1776 - 2009...

That's pretty debatable. The concept of "trickle down economics" has been around since the Reagan years and mostly propagated by those in power (aka the rich), not economists. Everyone agrees however that giving the masses more spending power helps the economy.

I agree with you about this country's decline but unfortunately the freakn sheep in this country have been blinded by partisan politics since almost the beginning. remember there were parties like the whigs and federalists. Yes the americans of a 100 years ago would have taken this crap because they are the generation that let the government rape our banking system, take us off the gold standard and create the federal reserve. since then our dollar has gone to hell. a dollar in 1913 would be worth almost 23 dollars today. and by the way I blame Canada what good has your country done expect leech off us, do you even have a military or running water up there!

You do realize that Obama's plan will benefit a minimum of 80% of the population right? Also with two wars going on and a mess of an economy if McCain cuts the taxes of the rich who do you think will shoulder the tax burden? Infrastructure needs paying for!
