Throw a black tie event at a unique place, like an aquarium, or stadium.

Black tie event (evening gowns for ladies) with baccarat, poker, dealers, a bartender and a martini bar-- call the event "Shaken Not Stirred". This should go over well since everyone you work with seems to enjoy gambling. As the host you have to wear a jumpsuit or whatever and stroke a white cat all night.

We have a pretty nice size budget and we could have 3-400 people at the event. The budget did shrink this year. Im not sure of the exact dollar we are getting. I just need to pass on some ideas to the comittee.

well first off what kind of company is it? Do you do blue collar or white collar work?
I would say just rent out a nice place that has a descent menu and a good bar. You don't want it to be too uptight though. It is a chance to cut loose and try to get the office ho bag drunk enough that giving you a blow job isn't that bad of an idea.
Three years ago our comapny actually went to Dave & Busters which was actually pretty fun. Food sucked, but there were all sorts of games and shit like that.

before the party, head shots are taken, then a pic shot is taken, and people have to match them up..
(hey, you asked for ideas)
the women really like this, but you have to give them notice so they can get a pedicureThe answer to your every question

How about a "Pimps & Hoes" theme? You get to wear a cool hat and long fur jacket and the ladies look like sluts! Everybody wins!
..oh wait, probably not appropriate for work!

I like the beautiful foot contest. My wife seem to like that one to. I thought that you were kidding about the midgets though. I don't know if that would go over well.
That might be an option DSM. Not a bad idea.
We are a communications and Cable TV provider. So I'm not sure which collar that is. I think BLUE. Just your typical hard working and some office personnel.
