I can not change the menu in Windows, it looks on new why that....

haha, windows 98. Sounds like someone went to bablefish.
Want to see how great bablefish is, type some paragraph, then translate it from english to whatever. Then translate it back to english, its GREAT.

I think he has his windows 7 OS set to look like the XP OS. If so, right click start menu go to properties and check the Win 7 view.
