Do you automatically size up every dude you see?

I always do, but I try my best not to.

However, the bigger I get, the less I do it because as someone else mentioned, I'm bigger than most. If anything, I notice a lot of smaller guys sizing me up, and it's a good feeling

I'll be doing cardio and some guy will cross my line of vision and then I'll just day dream about fighting him for a good 30 mins or so. Its almost like I black out to everything around me except him. Am I crazy ???

I hear that same sentiment over and over again. I think since most of us are so pre-occupied with our bodies we automatically assume that everyone else is as well. Surprise surprise, if you're jacked and not getting laid, it's because your game is weak or you have the personality of a fu*ing rock.

I'll admit to sizing dudes up when I see them, but it's simply a competition between him and myself. I dont think that I should have the guys girl because I'm bigger. i honestly dont. i have a friend who used to do it all the time when we went out and i hated it. he would constantly ask if i thought someone was bigger then him. i honestly dont do this and cant understand why anyone would. of course if i see someone who is 300+lbs and ripped it catches my attention but im not staring at him sizing him up like some of you. i care about myself and i dont really care how someone else looks. now if you compete then thats a different story and of course your always comparing yourself to others

sizing doesn't necessarily mean you ogle someone until they think you're a stalker

it just means if somebody's got great arms, or pecs or legs or whatever, you just take a few glances and think, damn that's amazing and use that as a motivator to keep on pushing. It also doesn't have to mean you NEED to always come away with feeling "bigger". And if someone is sizing you up, it also doesn't say that they're inferior or lagging; but it sure gives u that boost that you've done something right.. bbing is a very visual sport..getting noticed is a undeniable component.

Yeah exactly. Size is a small fraction of what people are capable of. When workling the doors i noticed the ones who were the biggest (trained big) were some of the most genuine and nicest guys around.

I think my suspicion got the better of me and was only recently told by a coach always to rememeber that, there are far more good people in this world than bad...

i don't get like that, but a lot of the times i agree about thinking about taking him in a fight. especially kids at college that think they're tough... since i wrestled its usually a yes, i'd kick his ass.

or when i'm in the gym and people act like they are huge just because they are fat...

Every time I walk into the gym I check my ego at the door. There's professional bber's at my gym and the more I see the better workout I have. Seeing them put up huge weights for me is extra motivation on one of those days where U might wanna get lazy. It works great for me.
