Reasons to eat red meat
What are good reasons to eat red meat, aside from it being high in protein? I know there are good reasons, I just couldn't site any when asked why by someone, and ended up making some shit up. Luckily they weren't well prepared to argue about it. I also tried using google...but came with a bunch of anti-red meat hateration.
So..red meat, any one?

Red meat has more bioavailable nutrients then any supplemental protein
also it is a more complete protein with more amino acids then supplemental proteins
PLUS it tastes DAMNNNNN good

Most red meat is high fat. Stick to top sirloin if you want a steak.

Well, let's see.
Filet mignon or chicken?
Porterhouse or some chinese dish?
T-Bone or pizza?
Sirloin or seafood? (I love seafood though)
You get my drift. If you got the money, you eat the best. That's why it's more expensive on the menu. Cause it's the best.

cos it tastes good and its sticked in our genes to eat meat, we are hunters.
Fish is expensive, tasteless, gay and you're hungry 20mins after eating it.

Honestly I eat more shrimp than steak to be honest.
Steak's more of a treat for me... It's so much more expensive here by comparison.
As i live in the caribbean, fresh seafood is relatively cheap.
Rabbit, duck (etc.) are cheaper than steak as well here.. so i eat a lot of that. (Rabbit, duck, shrimp, octopus, squid, goat, lamb, pork)
Beef and chicken are secondary considerations.
I probably have chicken once per week, and beef once per month.
I've got a pound of shrimp defrosting as we speak, which imma gonna stirfry (in olive oil) w/ some vegetables for lunch.

im stealing this from our fellow, BROTHER REED
Well we all know that during PCT your body starts stealing up muscles and the best way to prevent as little break down as possible is eating and of course your PCT supplements. Eating certain types of food during PCT can make it easier. Red meat tends to be high in calories, good source of complete protein and iron, natural creatine, and high in saturated fat. Blah blah blah on the red meats, I'm sure you can figure that one out. Saturation simply refers to the number of hydrogens a fatty acid chain is holding. So with saturation every available carbon bond is holding onto a hydrogen. Saturated fatty acids yield more energy than unsaturated fatty acids, and most of the sources for saturated is mainly animal products.
Benefits of Saturated fats
1. constitute at least 50% of cell membranes, give our cells stiffness and integrity
2. Play vital role in health of our bone, for calcium to be effectively incorporated into skeletal structure at least 50% of the dietary fats should be saturated
3. protects the liver from alcohol and other toxins
4. enhance the immune system
5. needed for proper utilization of essential fatty acids. Certain *****-3's are better retained in tissues when diet is rich in saturated fats
4 they protect us against harmful microorganisms in the digestive tract, good for the organs AND the joints

alright i'm moving there. thats some good stuff, even octopus and squid if you cook it right lol.
every summer we go to my uncles beach house in MA right on the ocean and one of his friends catches lobster, so one or two nights we're there we get like 30 lobster for pretty cheap (usually tip him very nicely though) and thats great stuff, fresh out of the ocean there too. shrimp here is too expensive or i would have that more often

red meat increases trenbolone concentrations in your blood. being anti-redmeat or anti-meat for that matter, automatically decreases testosterone and increases estrogen blood levels.

reason number 2.
My main argument against all vegetarians etc etc vegans etc its hard to keep up with all these names now
my main arguement
1. If you cant process lean meat (red meat or any meat). You are a mere mortal and I am a God. I eat protein and get jacked. You eat protein and cant digest, it makes you lethargic and feel crappy, therefor you are sadly just a mere mortal.
