    im 242... and my bi's are pretty strong i have done 60 lbs for 14 reps each, max weight 75's 8 reps each... your 165 lbs and did 60 lbs each hand, that is 36% of your weight...

    so, that means that at 242 x 36% = i would be doing 90s in each hand - with good form and no swinging -

    that is a lot of weight!!! - with a straight bar it would be even more... can you do 225 with a straight bar too?
