    Honestly I don't focus on my arms either... but I'm the opposite lol.

    I pile on the weight... 2 or 3 heavy sets... w/ particular emphasis on controlling the negative... and that's it for me for the week.

    Probably why I need to bring my arms up.... Gotta start going heavy.... I will.... just try to avoid jerking at all cost until maybe the the end w/ some forced reps.... wish my gym's dbs when up in 2.5lbs increments for my weak vagina......
