    How much u curlin (natural)

    just wanted to see where i compare with everybody i'm on a winny cycle now but before i got on i was curling 60 pounds in one hand for 10 reps and 4 sets

    i'm 5'8
    165
    15% bodyfat before winny down to around 10 now

    lol no lie...been on and off since i was 20 i'm 24 now hell i was benching 280 when i was 155 and i was nowhere near a low body fat percentage

    hmmmm.....well as ABSOLUTE maxes those are kinda believable.....i dunno on bench, my chest is retardedly weak for how big it is these days......but i can squat 585....well when my knee is good anyway

    yea i got a straight chest but all my power is in my tri's i use a close grip on the bench rather than wide like alot of people

    no no.....you misunderstand.......you're making up numbers.....or you're doing things like squatting nowhere near parallel.....bouncing ur bench off ur chest....using your front delts to curl....etc etc......

    a true bench you have to sit it on your chest for a good second to count....that's how it's done in competition, which is why i never claim more than 350

    damn I'm pushing 5'8" on a good day weigh 170lb and I can't curl 60lbs unless I were to do the noob power clean curl (it works the back 60% of the time everytime)

    i can pause 320 when i work out yea i do bounce but i've always worked out like that i feel more hyped up when i'm lifting faster but as for as a max goes i can pause 320

    you would have your ass handed to you in competition, you can't even scrape 200% of your weight. all-american HIGH SCHOOLERS do that shit man. you'd easily have to hit 360 to even hang with the genetic freaks out there. but now that you've used, you're going to need to hit 405.

    your crazy as hell i could cut down to 135 or 140 easily and nobody would be blowing me out of the water in that division

    lol i didn't know feeling hyped took priority over getting stronger

    280 @155 with a high bf... i doubt that too. i was doing 270 once, no bounce (who thinks dropping that much weight on themselves is a good idea??) at 170 and about 8% bf.
