How long does it take for my wife to get back to 'normal' weight after child birth?
About 6 months after she dies

maybe start cooking with her. its fun, and you can make all the healthy choices you want.

If we were allowed to keep our women in cages, where they should be, then we could feed them what we want when we want...

My ex at nothing but crap I swear.
Any time I came over, she always wanted KFC or Mc Donalds. I'd do it at first but then quit.
She'd drink power aid, mountain dew, eat potato wedges, chicken tenders just anything covered in bread and deep fried she loved it.
Pizza....she had to dunk the crust in Hidden Vally Ranch.
The girl had one of the BEST bodies I've ever seen. She was 5'5" and 107lbs. Not much for tits, just a nice athletic build. Her butt was amazing, narrow hips and a great little bubble butt sticking out. She was not ripped with a 6 pack, but had a "soft" outline of her abs and nice tone legs.
I use to love tapping it doggy because my hands could just about reach around her waist and her torso was nice and solid. Her glutes were soft, but solid, just the perfect mixture of softness and firmness in one.
She did not have much for a face, she never whitened her teeth, drove me nuts. I had the pleasure of nailing it one last time though. She text me at 3am about a month ago "I can't sleep" and one thing lead to another. I made sure to destroy it because it was the last time I'd be willing too.
Sorry, I probably went on a rant there. But that girl ate the worse food imaginable. She is 21, normally it catches up to yah before then.

I go through phases of cravings, it's usually never sweets except for my cotton candy binge that I had a while back, but it usually is carbs that I crave. I just don't keep them in the house anymore, not even a loaf of bread, the main form of carbs that I have are spinach tortillas and if I ever crave pasta, I use wheat pasta and venison for my meat in the sauce. It's a matter of having a healthy balance of things so you never really have to crave anything.
If there is a certain meal that I crave, I see if healthy choice or Smart Ones makes it as a frozen meal that way it's much healthier. I tried the low carb thing, and it worked but you gain it back too quickly and your body stops losing the weight after a while.
Kratos, you're problem is that you are just dating the wrong chicks...how many times do I have to tell you that. ::Muah::

so last night I went over the same girls apt who thought DQ and crackers is dinner.
she just got back from the grocery store when I got there
She was like "man I shouldn't go food shopping when I'm hungry anymore, look at all the junk food I bought."
My insulin levels spiked when she showed me.
Sugar cookies from the bakery with a thick thick layer of frosting on top, ice cream, reeses peanut butter cups, jelly beans, a cupcake that looked like it was made of frosting, oreo's, doritios, some other candy I can't remember. I don't think there was any real food.
I wanted to dry heave but all I said was "yeah, it's not a good idea to go to the grocery store hungry."

i saw an ex last night. whose probably gained 15-20 pounds of fat since we broke up. when we were together id literally tell her... stop eating that. or dont eat that. or you cant eat all of that. shed get mad but it kept her from gaining weight
and now that i saw her last night... obviously im glad i got out of that relationship when i did. cuz it would of be inevitable that she would end up gaining that weight at some point.

yeah, I'm not really one for telling people what to put in their mouth or how to live though.
I really think it's harder for girls to resist carbs.

I can happily say that my Avy is current and my birthdate is the truth. It took so much determination and will power but my new saying is "nothing tastes as good as thin feels"
All the "fat" women in my office want my diet, they want to know how I did it. 8 months ago I gave them the info and they still ask me about diet and what exercise to do to get rid of saddle bags. I just say DIET. But they refuse to believe. I remember when i was a non believer too.
This is what sugar and carbs did to me.

guessing you mean crohn's???
it can lead to mal absorbtion of carbs, and I'm guessing that makes them less desireable to her

If it is crohn's ,a chronic intestinal inflammation ,it would help if she eliminated carbs and that includes sugar but equally as important is that she eliminates processed foods. I believe foods easily digested would be best so I think red meat is out too. Also if she eats salads, she should not use any type of vinegar but replace it with lemon juice. Vinigar is a stomach irritant. Lots to watch out for.
Life Without Bread, by Wolfgang Lutz is a good read.

she eats like almost only chicken and real basic foods, but she has a sweet tooth so she add's splenda to everything... she is black, she told me that crohns is high in black women, but i kinda never thought about it really until i saw the thread so i figured i would ask... and of course the board new the answer

Actually Chrons does affect certain ethnic groups more than others. American Jews of European descent are four to five times more likely to develop it. It use to be thought of as a disease predominantly affecting whites; the prevalence rate among whites is 149 per 100,000. However, there has been a steady increase in reported cases of both Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis among African Americans. What I find interesting is the prevalence rates among Hispanics and Asians are lower than those for whites and African Americans.
Some little facts but im sure she knows that already. Can't be fat on her diet! I only crave sugar when I have it. One cookie I will work my way through the bad. No cookies and I don't think about it so it is my thought that the Splenda could actually trigger a sweet tooth. IMO
