Thread: Buying house as couple.

I have had LTR with plenty of woman. Last one was a 3 year relationship. I guess im not that ummm gay
I told my b/f i'll just bang a chick to get us a baby and of course he said, "hellz no!!"
Not sure if i would do this anyway, i would really rather have a boy. If i had a girl i might be a little disappointed. It would be a lot easier for two men to raise a male.
How f*** up is the adoption thing right ? There are millions of babies out there and they make it VERY difficult but i guess in the end they need to be 100% the people are fit to be a parent. However i heard its very difficult for a gay couple to adopt. Its easier to tell them you are single (and straight) and have one person adopt the child instead of both. F'ed up if you ask me.

yeah in the US the red tape is never ending. That's why so many go to Russia or even some Asian countries. Here's real trick DSM. Do not act like you are anxious or impatient. The more they know you want it the more the price goes up. My pastor started out with a quote of 36k and that turned into 60k.
HEY! you both could hit it then you wouldn't have to worry about the jealousy thing. Also you wouldn't have to fight about who conceived it.

You can actually seek the help of a lawyer for that matter. You may need to sign a document so that if that two of you will go on separate ways later, you have a document to show as proof that you own half of the house.
