I actually stopped the DNP .... I really wanted to finish a 21 day cycle of it but for not I just feel really uncomfortable taking it... I would prefer doing cardio and having great workouts than no cardio... shitty workouts and always needing a fan. Also I think a lot of you guys scared me out of finishing this cycle as well which was probably a good thing.
I started monday and took my last dose thursday.... (4 days) not very long but it'll feel nice to get it out of my system.

The risks of DNP use far far outweigh any possible rewards. Once you understand what it does on a molecular level I assure you that you will never consider the stuff again. If you already do know how it works at that level, then you are just being wreckless with your health. Clen /T3/ECA/Diet are all much better and safer options to using such a dangerous compound.

Thanks, I wanna be much bigger though. My back is a strong point as is my shoulders. Need to bring up my legs, lift my chest, more calve size, my arms are behind, waist could be tighter, etc etc.

My legs and calves def. are my weakest point because its so hard doing them, and I HATE LEGS.
My triceps blow away my biceps which I am trying to get up. My waist is fine its really small (30 or 31). My chest needs more thickness, you probably have this problem to (I assume from the back pic). Because my traps are so large and protrude upward they kind of act like a permanent sports bra and strech the chest muscles backward thus appearing they are smaller.
My back is wide (not as wide as yours), I am trying to get the layers of thickness on it and I need my lats to start growing again I want a bigger cobra back.

There is much debate on his height. Many will say and conclude he was 6'1'' I have several friends and friends parents that work out there and say he didn't even seem that tall. Plus that was the 70's and it was mostly about upper body (chest and biceps)
To me it seems that the shorter guys are the ones to dominate, averaging at 5'6''-5'9'' The last taller bodybuilder was Ronnie that really put people to shame. Tony Freeman however always places well but will never develop the fullness of some of the shorter guys b/c of height. Plus with extra height its hard to develop legs that can compete with upper level NPC athletes and of course the pros.
The only current person that could dominate that is taller is Dennis Wolf but he lacks the lower lat inserts that are needed to destroy the competition when hitting a back pose. Who knows he may get it. We'll see come September. Should be a good one if everyone stays healthy. Dex, Jay, Phil, Kai, Dennis, Branch, Toney, Victor, ooooooo I really hope every comes through this year
I have improvements all over that I could make even in the back. More width and thickness with better lower lat detail etc etc. Always room for improvement all my current physique as I don't compete in the Mr. Olympia nor have a pro card or even a national card. This year will be my first year competing and I feel I have the ability to compete in the open at a national qualifier. Hope to at least get a national card out of it, gotta get a top 2 placing in order for this to happen.

232 I'm gonna say b/w 6-8% right now. Depleted and flat as hell. I got veins all through out the legs, bottom and top of abs, lats, my chin and cheek bones are popping out, Nark said my face just looks ridiculous right now cause of how tight I am.
9 weeks out from first show and 10 weeks out from the national qualifier. Hope to come in around 210-215 once water is dropped.Last edited by Reed; 06-05-2009 at 08:21 PM.

My ultimate goal is to be 6'1 245 around 7% bf.
I keep contemplating competing, but I just don't think I can cut it just because I am not dedicated enough to my legs as I am to the rest of my body parts.
Even when I don't push myself to the limit in leg exercises it still is an exhausting workout.
My last leg workout I was just doing a medium intesnity workout to get the ready for later in the week since i hadnt done legs in a couple of weeks (I usually go out on weekends and thats when I do legs is on saturday or sunday) and I couldn't sit on my ass the next day because it was sore.

Yeah man really gotta torture those legs. Trying to take it to new heights in the workout. I've been pressing it to the point where I feel sick, need a cold shower, and wanna pass out after leg presses after pre exhausted and hammer hammies (which i a bringing up) but I truck on to ass to grass squats.
Its the only way to get a mean pair of legs, gotta go psycho on em. My goal would be about 260 4-6% lookin like Dennis Wolf
Gotta a looooooong way to go though. Maybe in 10 years when I'm 34-35 I'll be there just gonna cost a bunch of $$$ so I need to compete now and hopefully land a sponsor cause the quicker I get the $$$ the quicker I can achieve my dreams.

The better question would be what kind of diet am I on. Nark is showing me how powerful food is and I didn't switch anything up and in one week with his diet/supp program it looked like I made 4 weeks progress in leaning out in 1 week. Water dropped of me, my face looks chiseled, vascularity is ridiculous.
The cycle he designed (which I keep private) has little to do with what i look like at the moment. But he is not a advocate of heavy drug use, thats for sure. And I can see why.

It's a high carb diet, 600 grams of carbs per day from onion bagels and whipped cream. Only protein source is Vector cereal.

He has me eating 7 meals they are
Meal 1: Cracker Barrel 2 steaks 2 waffles grits, biscuits and gravy
Meal 2: whole pizza, w/ shake
Meal 3: fruity pebbles, o mega eggs
Meal 4: Cinnamon rolls w/ shake
cheque drops prior to 45 minutes of cardio
Meal 5: fast acting carbs only w/ 25iu of slin
Meal 6: I Hop 3 steaks, fried okra, mac and cheese,
Meal 7: shit on a stick
