Unidentified tabs, so they just came up with something. A triangle unmarked tab I would have guessed it was X if anything. Anyway, the consent really makes this case much tougher to tackle. Arizona v. Gant would only apply where there was no consent to search, but may have been an incident to arrest. What was the initial traffic violation? For instance, doing 3mph over the speed limit would not have created an atmosphere reasonable enough to prompt a search.

Its yours until you prove its not. As prone stated if you can prove you have a community vehicle (Meaning more than 5 people have access and use) You can fight that. As I said previously, the lab will check for narcotics 1st. Most labs dont have the money to check for much else.

imho, You can hold out until the lab comes back and when they show a bs chemical make up that even they arent sure of, you can tell em to kiss your ass!! Pay the speeding ticket and chuck a deuce!!

I had a similiar event wit some rox... Was a special blend and the labe destroyed it with the caveman testing they had. So the lab came back as 75% water. Im not even sure if most labs have steriod tests.

Your Lawyer should be passing all this info. A Good lawyer will have you not appearing for nonsense.
See wut your Lawyer tells you as to what they actually have. If the court gives you the run around then you will know they duno what they have.

just found out the pills are going through the sheriffs department in la to be tested.. anybody know how far they'll go with their testing?? i got hit with poss of narcodics wont they just test for the hard drugs??

Yea thats somthing I would find out. Im not too keen on LA county Labs. Im sure someone here has experience..
In my experience on the East, They check for Narcotics only so far as I know.
Not to scare you but
- You may have put yourself on the radar if they find out what it is. If you were in NY Id say Communty service and fine depending on your record.

The min number of tabs required for testing at San Raphael was 5.

What happens is the tabs are crushed and put into a centrifuge... The fillers are removed and the active elements are extraced...

The active elements that are extraced are tested. In this case for narcs. The test will be negative...

They will not have the ability to retest once the narc test is ran. The remainder (the one pill) is the only thing left...

There is a test that measures the wave algorithm of the given chemicals, I just can't think of the name of the damn thing, That can pin point the exact chemical...

I seriously doubt the LA county office has the equipement to do it... It is ran in major cases...

Regular law enforcement is sloppy and with 6 pills your chances of getting caught up are slim

My friend was caught with 3 pills of oxycontin in his trunk, they charged him with THREE counts of felony possession, one for each pill. I guess it depends on what the California laws are, but make sure your lawyer takes it to a lab and has it processed.

There are some codeine pills that are shaped in triangles. If what they found was narcotic there going to know fairly quickly.

If it was some sort of AAS when they test it they would have to test it for each individual compound that they thought it could be,WINNIIE,VAR,DROL,D-BOL... And so on. This is going to cost them alot of money.

You need a lawyer. And you need to get a good one. Good lawyers are payed alot because they know the law better than the cops that arrested you and the people in the lab testing the sample you gave them.

A good lawyer will get this thrown out(best case senario)

He will also be able to keep thiis shit tied up for so long in testing of the compounds or just switching of the court date that the cops cant remember what happened dont show up ect. This can easily result in the case being dropped or thrown out.

If it is Narcotic or AAS and you are charged it will be a felony. And depending on how many pills they got will change the charge .

You need a good lawyer I cannot stress this enough.

You do alot of research on AAS ,diet and training.

Do your research on the lawyer that you chose..

Good luck... Im going through a case of a differant kind right now.My lawyer has beenn dragging it out as long as possible (10 mths so far with no set court date) If it goes over a year it could easily be thrown out.

And if it is not thrown out he has already made a deal with the DA so that I dont get any chages or a record as long as I stay out of trouble for a year.

Your lawyer will contact the law enforment and find out what the lab results were then go from there.

My problem happened out of state and I have not been in a court room yet. And my lawyer said I may not have to.
