Yeah f*ck. I ran out of protein this morning and everytime I go to the store, the owner guy gives me samples and stuff so I stack them so that if I run out, I can get by until I get more. I had to use a mass gainer sample this morning. That sh*t was nasty and now my farts stink like hell!

i use weight gainer but split it up. my serving size is 4 scoops
ill just add one scoop to each serving of oats i have with my meal
easier to get it in that way
and easy way to get another 600 calories or so
plus i dont gain fat easy so the sugars and high carbs dont bother me
