I want to be at the top of the light heavies next year so I want to compete at 195-198lbs. I'll probably weight about 173-174 for this show. I was 153 at my first show lol. I put on most of my size this year is like 6-8 weeks with slin. I went from 181 to 207 then started my diet. I'm blasting and cruising now so I shouldn't have a problem getting to 230
