I think the carbonation would get to me. I can lightly carbonated drinks before but even then it holds me back a little. I recently finished off a Hal gallon of pumpkin pie ice cream..I think excuses are only needed if you don't finish the ice cream

What ultimately worked best for me was finding a really healthy restaurant and having them prepare a ton of meals for me every week or so. I can't cook for shyt and my chicken breasts resembled leather bathed in hot sauce. Breakfast would be the only meal I'd prepare. Add milk or water-- I can do that!

Yes I can tell you 1st hand lack of sleep sucks. I work nights and typically I dont sleep more than 2 - 3 hrs without being disturbed or getting up to use the bathroom. Every once in a while I will get 4-6 straight but that is rare like 1x a month? I will sometimes get up to 8 - 10 hrs but that's not without waking up at least 3 or 4 times.
Normally I get up after 4 - 6 hrs for at least 1hr or more then try to go back to bed. Typically I eat a snake during this time like PBJ sandwich and milk. I go 24 hrs without sleep at least 2x a month and 36 hrs every 2 months or less.
I'm sure I have already cut 5+ years off my life due to working nights and lack of sleep if not more.
