    Am i the only one who hasn't a damn clue on how to properly cook an oven pizza??

    I can never get those grocery market pizzas to turn out properly. Usually they come out over cooked/burnt.

    Yeah those ones in the frozen section. I always screw them up..lol

    Cycle is great so far Boxa. Just added another 250 to the right butt cheek.

    Im trying to load up a progress photo..just a sec..

    7 weeks to go and I wonna hit 90kgs (empty in the morning) so need another 5.3 kgs.

    How's your cutting going?

    5th wk in with EQ @ 750/wk. Strength is good, but not unusually high. Body comp has improved very well.

    Diet is not bad, but could stand some improvement. But im not pushing hard core on this "blast." Although im keeping my routine steady and focused.

    don't burn them lol, lower the temp, they are already cooked, only need to warm up, 10 minutes should be enough, also microwaveable

    How do you find eq as compared to test only? I would imagine eq gives harder leaner gains but I have no experience with it..

    I upped my test for this lean bulk to 600mgs Test E per week. 600 is so much more noticeable than 400. Feels like I've doubled it. But that's only from what I can tell at the 5 week mark.

    This is my first run with it. But ive noticed slooow steady gains compared to test only. Im attributing the leanness and dryness to not including Dbol this time. My previous avi photo showed the results of Dbol - smooth muscles. But you may have a point that EQ does produce lean gains. I still have another 7wks to look forward to.


    Have you noticed an increase in sides at all? Anything unusual to report since the increase, other than gains and strength?

    The only extra side I've noticed is that my nipples actually hurt this time so I've been dosing my AI eod. That's about it bro. No other sides like acne thank god

    Thats pretty good.

    Some guys re not as sensitive to E2 like others are. I'm a bit sensitive and have to run my AI on the high side to keep it under control. Youre one of the lucky ones.

    What AI do you run and do you need one with your 125mgs of test per week?

    I prefer letro at .25mgs eod over liquidex. Makes me feel better

    yea i've learnt alot since Febuary, since my "dbol only cycle problems" thread ......lol

    1st things 1st, before i get any more gear, imma try to get bloods done.

    i already asked my usual doc for this but all she did was give me a 20 minute lecture, and then tells me "im not going to help you kill yourself" i was like... wtf..

    time to find a new doc lol.

    Currently using Stane from AR-R . For 125/wk, 10mg e3-4d keeps it in check.

    Yeah man youve come a long way. And yes, have a set of bloods done for a baseline. Very important.
