Finally got laid off yesterday. Seasonal work, so I knew it was coming. It has been a great experience. I never stepped on the scale until today.
Over the course of 3 months I have lost just over 20lbs total while my bf% went up a few points. It was very physical work, so I am still 'fit' by most people's standards but I've got my work cut out for me to even get back to where I was.

I now have 4 days off in a row after 3 months solid of 6 day work weeks.
